The Cà Rialto Apartment is a charming and spacious residential flat furnished in typical Venetian style. It is ideally located just two hundreds metres from the famous Rialto Bridge, easily reachable by public and private transport. The apartment was completely refurnished in 2007 and consist of a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living-room with a double sofa bed, a comfortable double room with a small balcony overlooking a picturesque Venetian street, a spacious triple room, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is very quiet, despite being in a central location. A few steps away from the apartment, there is a large well stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and vegetable store, and and one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
Clients are kindly requested to check-in between 13:00 and 18:00, unless you have made special arrangements with us for an appointment outside of these hours, and to check-out by 11 a.m. the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage prior to check-in upon request.

PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit 15% to 30% is required. The balance owing is payable upon check-in in cash.
No security deposit is required; however, any breakage or damage to the apartment or the furniture and equipment contained therein, or damage to the building caused during the rental period, has to be paid for prior to departure, up to a maximum of €300.
Additional costs incurred (telephone, internet, cleaning) are payable directly to the accommodation provider.
