Just five minutes walking distance to the Famous Rialto Fish Market and Rialto Bridge, this apartment sits on the 3rd floor of a Venitian building and offers a wonderful canal view from a private balcony. It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a complete kitchen that opens out onto to the terrace, and a modern bathroom with a shower.

Clients are kindly requested to check-in between 13:00 and 18:00, unless you have made special arrangements with us for an appointment outside of these hours, and to check-out by 11 a.m. the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage prior to check-in upon request.

PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit 15% to 40% is required. The balance owing is be paid upon check-in and can be paid by cash or credit card. No security deposit is required; however, any breakage or damage to the apartment or the furniture and equipment contained therein, or damage to the building caused during the rental period, has to be paid for prior to departure, up to a maximum of €300. Additional costs incurred (telephone, internet, cleaning) are payable directly to the accommodation provider.
